Born from real-world experience
SPARK Knowledge Services is an independent consulting practice founded by Ember D. Krumwied, CRM, CIGO. My background spans information governance, records management, data analysis, and business process improvement—experience built through years of hands-on work solving problems from within a business.
I’ve developed policies, organized complex information, built databases and reporting tools, and improved everyday workflows. That experience shapes my approach: take time to understand the issue, identify what the business needs, and develop a practical solution that fits.
